Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mia Sassy Baby is required to collect 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania address.

Gift Wrapping
We are happy to gift wrap your purchases for you. There is a fee of $5.00 per item. Gift Wrapping is available on select items only. Please contact us to verify that your item can be gift wrapped.

Shipping
For your convenience, we offer UPS Ground shipping. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight and size of your items and will be calculated at checkout. We require a signature for all deliveries. You cannot waive signature delivery and we do not ship to PO boxes. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address.

Delivery Time
Because many products on Mia Sassy Baby are unique and sometimes made- to-order, Mia Sassy Baby cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items
No returns or cancellations on special orders. Special orders are to customer’s specifications and cannot be returned or cancelled. Mia Sassy Baby will expedite your order, however manufacturers delivery times are approximate, and therefore any delays do not constitute grounds for cancellations.

Mia Sassy Baby has the right to cancel your order or part of your order if the items are sold out and/or discontinued. In the event of partial orders, Mia Sassy Baby will ship the items we have in stock and refund you for any out of stock item.

Return Policy
Mia Sassy Baby is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or online credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 10 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 7 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 7 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. You are also responsible for all shipping costs to and from Mia Sassy Baby for all exchanges.

Please note that all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature. In addition, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Credits
Upon 10 day receipt of unused/returned goods, the customer will be issued an online credit that can be used to purchase any product on Mia Sassy Baby.

Orders from Outside the United States
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. Please call us for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders. Often times an item will only be available for delivery within the 48 contiguous states.
